We take our cookie making seriously and this is our best-selling cookie to date. These are chewy in the centre, have a beautiful nutty flavour thanks to the use of our browned butter technique and spelt flour, and are finished with just a sprinkle of sea salt to ensure you get that salty/sweet flavour combination.

These burnt butter and spelt choc chip cookies from Mahali&Co are honestly the best cookies I have ever tasted ! I can’t recommend them enough and have bought them every week thus far for myself , work colleagues and family members to enjoy too . You have to try These sweet and slightly salted chewy cookies for yourself . You wont regret it !!!

Mahali & Co’s baked goods are some of the best I’ve ever had in London. The soft, chewy-centred burnt butter and spelt chocolate chip cookie is my favourite followed by the hot cross buns!

The team only use high-quality ingredients and are clearly passionate about baking as it comes through their breads and pastries. Mahali & Co’s cookies are insane. This is one of the flavors that we always come back for. They’re the perfect texture, bite and sweetness level. I’m a fan of a light and chewy chocolate chip cookie in general and these guys version nails it. Can’t really find another cookie to compare it with here in London. I wish they sold it in boxes!
